Shipping & returns
We accept returns of new products in their original packaging within 60 days of purchase. Products that have been opened, played with, or damaged cannot be returned.
Returns are for store credit. Store credit never expires and can be used towards the purchase of any product in our store.
If you find an item purchased from our store is defective in any way, we're happy to help you get a replacement from the company of origin.
At this time we offer in-store pick-up and USPS shipping.
If you are experiencing an error, or an item in our store seems to be unavailable for shipping, give us a call and we will check the status of shipping that item.
