Shipping & returns


We accept returns of new products in their original packaging within 60 days of purchase. Products that have been opened, played with, or damaged cannot be returned.

Returns are for store credit. Store credit never expires and can be used towards the purchase of any product in our store.

If you find an item purchased from our store is defective in any way, we're happy to help you get a replacement from the company of origin.


At this time we offer in-store pick-up and free local delivery for select cities in Marin.

We are working on getting our general shipping up and running, but it will take some time given the sheer volume of products we offer. 

In the meantime, we are happy to offer USPS shipping on anything purchased in our store, just pick out what you'd like and give us a call. We will pack it up and send you an invoice for the price of the item and the shipping cost.
